The domain name www.saofoods.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”) in owned by Stories & Ideas Foods Private Limited (CIN: U15100MH2018PTC304594), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office At F33/1, Anand Nagar, Additional M.I.D.C, Ambernath East, Thane – 421 506. (Hereinafter referred to as “Company”). Stories & Ideas Foods Private Limited is a leading firm which is into the business of Processing, Packaging, Re-packaging, Trading, Importing and Exporting of food items Dried Fruits, Nuts and Seeds; Hampers and Gourmet Gifts and other food items. www.saofoods.com asserts its intentions to delight its customers by enhancing their online shopping experience. Hence, SAO Foods look forward to extending our extensive support at all the times to guarantee quality of products purchased on the website.

Users of the Website and Transaction and Tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use) as applicable to the SAO Foods Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, you are subject to the terms of use of the website for all transactions with us. By mere use of the website even without subscription you shall be contracting with Stories & Ideas Foods Private Limited and its terms and conditions binding obligations and restricted use.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

RETURN:

The website provides return services followed with terms and conditions. Return request can be made by calling customer care service with number

+91 7039003003 or emailing us on sao@storiesandideas.in within 2 days of delivery. Return request will be reviewed by SAO Foods team.

NOTE: Products should be returned in the original condition

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

Defective / Damaged/ Quality Issue product
Wrong product delivered

Returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

Returned without original packaging
Damaged products reported after 2 days.

REFUND: (if applicable)

No refund, exchange offer or correspondence will be entered into for:

Change of mind
Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
Incorrect orders made by the recipient.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed within five (5) days. It takes between 1-5 working days from the time a request is raised; to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Due to wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking”.

Products should only be shipped to us if you have been instructed to do so, by one of our customer service representatives. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, we suggest, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and refund in initiated.

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT WE WORK HARD TO ENSURE THE CUSTOMERS INTERESTS ARE PROTECTED.

CANCELLATION:

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with saofoods.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

Products no longer available or temporarily out of stock
Limitations on quantities available for purchase
Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotional information
Inaccurate or insufficient address

At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charge amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation by the customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 2hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the amount to you immediately. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped.

PRICING & BILLING:

All the items available on the site will be sold at defined price with applicable taxes of the state unless otherwise specified. Although prices of most of the items on the site do not fluctuate on daily basis but some items on account of demand and supply do change based on prevalent market price.

The Billing will be on the name of the person whose name will be entered at the time of billing and the data of same shall be used by the firm at the time of repeat purchase for convenience of the consumers.

CHANGES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES:

Stories & Ideas Foods Private Limited reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the Website at any time without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of these Terms & Conditions at any given time on the Site. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on the Site. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the site. However, if you continue to use the site you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this Site.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Thane District shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Stories & Ideas Foods Private Limited his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Thane City. The Thane District Court alone shall have the jurisdiction to try disputes outside of arbitration preference and with respect to the FSSAI regulations jurisdictional regulator shall be the authority for complaints about food quality and poisoning.
